Job Function:


The Solutions MarkiTecht role encompasses the ability to Market, Architect and Sell Solutions. From a Marketing standpoint the primary responsibility is to build and manage an opportunity pipeline. As an architect you are expected to be hands-on with the ability to understand architecture and technical eco-systems. And finally, supporting pre-sales activities require the ability diagnose customer pain, design and promote specific solutions.

The role reports into the Marketing organization.
 
Job Responsibilities:

·         Develop Go-To-Market Strategies for specific solutions and/or verticals

·         Build the opportunity pipeline

·         Create and deliver targeted webinars, one-on-one briefings with customers/prospects, workshops to drive the pipeline

·         Creatively use ‘new media’ (such as blogs) to increase awareness and drive pipeline

·         Manage and track sales opportunity pipelines, forecasts and revenue using sales automation tools

·         Focus on driving solution (product and services) sales

·         Understand client business drivers and needs. Create strategies to drive revenue for solutions and the overall solutions GTM’s.

·         Be a primary marketing contact for Sales Representatives. Enable sales teams to be highly successful selling solutions.

·         Conduct presentations online and in-person to existing and potential customers. Facilitate and perform demos for clients.

·         Be knowledgeable (industry expert) about products, applications, market conditions, competitive activities, within the Contact (call) Center space. Maintain credible knowledge of competing technologies and solutions.

·         Conduct interviews with customers to collect detailed information and create Sales tools: such as Solution diagnosis, calculation of TCO and ROI for Solutions.

·         Define and Own the “Whole Product Solution”.

·         Assist with business development activities that help create a complete “whole Product”. Prototype the Joint-Solution with the partner.

·         Envision and prototype ‘the next big thing’.

Required Skills:

·         Deep knowledge of Call Center, Customer Service space or BPM (Business Process Management)

·         Development experience with JavaScript

·         Knowledge of SOA Architecture is a plus

Required Experience:

·         Seven years or more of experience as a Sales Consultant or as a Solutions Architect (pre or post sales)

·         Experience Managing Marketing Programs
